Holiday apartments, rooms and suites at Apart-Hotel Panorama are available for check-in on arrival day after 3 p.m. We ask that you check out of your room on departure day by 10 a.m., allowing us time to clean for incoming guests.

Enjoy the convenience of parking in our hotel’s own underground garage or the carport. Also take advantage of our covered parking for motorbikes.

All of our rooms, suites and holiday apartments feature solid-wood furniture and fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, shower /WC, telephone, TV, safe and balcony.. VAT, electric, hot water, heating, room safe and bedclothes are included. Please bring your own toilet paper, kitchen- and table linens.

In the summer months, Flachau hosts an extensive activity program for guests. When you stay at least 2 nights, you will also receive the free Flachau Summer Card and be able to benefit from numerous all-inclusive highlights.

You are welcome to make use of our laundry service for an additional fee of € 5.

Unwind in the comfort of our garden with garden furniture and plenty of seating, or out on the relaxing sun-terrace.

As a member hotel of Best for Bikers and Adventure Flachau, you benefit from numerous bonus offers.

The nearest stop for the hiking bus and ski bus to other ski areas, such as Flachauwinkl-Zauchensee, is located right next to our hotel.

At our hotel, you are welcome to borrow bicycles (city bikes) and children’s bikes (based on availability).

Pets are not allowed at our hotel.

We provide free WiFi Internet access throughout the hotel.

Local taxes are not included in the room prices and amount to € 2.50 per night and person ages 15 and up.

We wish to point out that we bill a small additional charge for short stays.

We charge up to an additional 10 % over Christmas and New Year’s.

In order to guarantee your booking, we will require a deposit (you will receive timely notification of the exact amount of the deposit). Please transfer the required deposit to our bank account.

The remaining amount due must be paid at the hotel in cash.

A hotel booking is also a sales contract. You will incur cancellation charges in the event of delayed arrival or premature departure. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing holiday cancellation insurance, such as one of the policies offered through Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Cancellations are handled in accordance with Austrian Hotel Contracting Guidelines.
